Meet Mary…

Hi, I’m Mary Moline-Easterday, a licensed massage therapist with over 17 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, relieve tension, improve mobility, and feel more connected in their bodies.

A Thoughtful, Intuitive Approach

Mary’s background includes medical and sports massage training in Atlanta, Georgia, along with experience in wellness centers, hospital environments, and spa settings. Over time, her work has evolved into a slower, more intentional approach that blends therapeutic skill with calm, personalized care.

Each session is designed around the client in front of her, using techniques such as barefoot massage, myofascial bodywork, and fire cupping to support chronic tension, stress, muscle fatigue, mobility restrictions, and nervous system regulation.

Experienced Care You Can Trust

Mary specializes in:

• Barefoot massage
• Myofascial bodywork
• Fire cupping therapy
• Therapeutic massage
• Nervous system-focused bodywork
• Continuing education for licensed massage therapists

In 2025, Mary became Minnesota’s first barefoot massage instructor with The LMT Refinery, teaching licensed massage therapists how to build skill, confidence, and sustainability in barefoot bodywork.

Outside the Treatment Room

Outside of bodywork, Mary is a mom of two who loves cooking, audiobooks, live music, travel, and disc golf.

Her work is rooted in the belief that massage should feel both effective and deeply supportive, helping clients slow down, feel cared for, and leave with a greater sense of ease in their bodies.
