My signature therapeutic massage is a hands -on, slow myofascial-based session designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're looking to deeply relax or need focused, therapeutic work, each session is customized to your body and your goals that day. Using intentional, unhurried techniques, I work with the connective tissue to release tension, improve mobility, and create lasting change.

Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes, with pricing ranging from $50-$180, allowing you to choose the time and depth that feels right for you!

Barefoot Massage Ashiastu

My barefoot Ashiastu- massage is a slow, deeply intentional experience- often described as “snail pace” approach to bodywork. Using my feet, I apply broad, consistent pressure that allows your muscles to soften and release without force or rush. This style is both deeply relaxing and highly therapeutic, giving your body the time it needs to unwind layer by layer. Supported by overhead bars for balance and control, every movement is smooth, steady, and connected- creating a session that feels grounding and incredibly effective.

Sessions are available in 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes, with pricing ranging from $95- $180, allowing you to choose the time and depth that feels right for you.

Sculpt & Glow Facial

This is more than a facial - it’s a focused, restorative treatment designed to support healthy skin function while allowing your body to fully relax. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, with visibly lifted skin, and a natural radiant glow! Skin treatment includes a mud mask, facial cupping, red light therapy with locally made products from Birch Botanicals.

Sessions are available in 60, 75, or 90 minutes, with pricing ranging from $120- $165, allowing you to choose the time and depth that feels right for you.

  • Under eye + Jade Cooling Stone Mask- $10 A calming, cooling treatment to refresh tired eyes and reduce puffiness.

  • Sugar Foot Scrub + Mud Mask- $12 Exfoliate and detox tired dry feet, leaving them smooth, nourished, and renewed.

  • Full Spectrum CBD Enhancement- $12 Nourishing botanical oils infused with full-spectrum CBD to deeply hydrate skin and help soothe tension.

With 17 years of hands -on massage experience, taking my first barefoot class in 2021 made me fall in love with massage all over again. LMT Refinery’s slow , intentional approach was the chef’s kiss- to elevating my skills , presence, and longevity as a therapist. As a barefoot instructor in northern Minnesota, I’m passionate about bringing high-quality continuing education to an often overlooked area and supporting therapist in standing out, growing their confidence, and adding powerful, sustainable tools to their toolbox.
