Each session is unhurried and fully customized, using slow, intentional pressure to release tension and encourage balance. I specialize in barefoot massage, myofascial release, fire cupping; and also offer barefoot continuing education for licensed massage therapists who are looking to expand their skill set. Whether you’re receiving bodywork or learning to offer it, this work is meant to feel nourishing, connected, and deeply felt—an experience where you are invited to breathe, settle, and be truly cared for.
Traditional Massage

Traditional massage is hands-on therapy that uses smooth, gentle movements to relax your body and mind. Its not just about relieving sore spots- it also helps reduce stress, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling refreshed and balanced.
Barefoot Massage
$85-$170
Barefoot massage is a style of bodywork where the therapist uses their feet, instead of their hands, to deliver slow “snail” paced long strokes with targeted broad pressure. This technique allows for deeper consistent pressure to relieve tight muscles. Clients often describe it as deeply relaxing, therapeutic and surprisingly gentle.
Barefoot Massage Continue Education

We are a group of highly skilled massage and bodywork experts who recognized a demand for personalized and intensive instruction to enhance the abilities of massage therapists who aspire to excel in their profession. Our teaching approach emphasizes small classroom sizes to provide individualized attention to each student. The bulk of our class time is devoted to the thorough examination, experimentation, and honing of massage techniques. Students will have the opportunity to watch, experience, and practice these techniques under the close supervision of their instructor.
